PSHE  Curriculum Vision: At Grasmere Academy, we believe that education in PSHE enables children to become healthier, happier, more compassionate, more independent and more responsible members of our community. We encourage our children to play a positive role in contributing to the life of the school and the wider community. In so doing, we help to develop their senses of self-worth and their need to strive for excellence. We teach them how society is organised and governed. We ensure that the children experience the process of democracy through participation in the election of the School Parliament. We teach children about their rights and responsibilities. Through PSHE we ensure that every child can access the learning from 2 year olds to the Year 6 children.
